- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Photography, videography, makeup and hair services can be booked together or separately. Photography prices typically range $150-300 for a 1 hour service and longer projects are quoted on several factors. We can always work within your budget (within reason), just give us the details and we'll work something out. MAKEUP PRICING: Bride Makeup Application $200 Bride Makeup Trial $150 Bridal Party Makeup Application $150 (Includes: Maid of Honor, Bridesmaids, Mother of Bride/Groom, Grandmother of Bride/Groom) Jr. Bridesmaids (8 – 13 years old) $50 Flower Girl (under 7) $20 Discounts only available to people who book makeup services for 6 or more!! $100 per hour for Day/Night touch-up service *Additional charge: For That Extra Length & Volume – Clip-in hair extensions are becoming a very popular way to add extra length and volume to formal hairstyles. We are happy to insert your clip-in extensions for you, for both the preview run and on the day of. Due to the extra skill and time that this requires, we charge a fee for each application. It is the client’s responsibility to provide the clip-in extensions, and they must be natural human hair $25 per application ***Deposit for Reservation of your Wedding Date is required - To fully book your wedding date, all brides are required to provide a 50% deposit of all services that will be needed on the wedding day. In order to block out the appropriate number of hours needed to accommodate your party size, we will need to know the number of your bridal party that will be interested in our services. Once the deposit payment is received, we will lock in your wedding date and our time of arrival to set up. Deposits are non-refundable. Zelle or Cash is accepted for payment of a deposit. NO CHECKS. Payment Options for Wedding Day: - All payments are required by or before your wedding date. - We accept payments by Zelle, Venmo, or Cash - We do not accept Paypal or checks - Gratuity is not included in our prices! Complimentary travel to locations within 15 miles of Alhambra, CA - if you are further than 15 miles we charge a $25 travel fee and a $50 travel fee for over 50 miles. Additional mile increments are offered at $25 per increment. PARKING/VALET FEE: Parking or valet fees will be added to the balance on the event day. We try our best to have our artists commute together. Please verify with your Hotel/Location desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy having a consultation call or meeting before our scheduled session in order to know the details of what YOU want to achieve, and we make it happen. Knowing the date, time, location, the number of people who will be getting serviced, and maybe a few references helps a ton! Our favorite thing about working in the media/beauty industry is helping someone see their true beauty and feel more confident than ever.
