- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We send a description with the price, everything it’s upfront. For the booking a $50 deposit it’s required, and for the cancellation within 24 hours the deposit is not refundable Once the job is completed and inspected with the costumer the money won’t be refunded unless proves of wrongdoing is shown to us
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask to inspect the house from the moment I arrive and pay attention to the areas that requires more detailed work and try to do a good job using the right products
