We really didn’t want to leave a bad review as the cleaners were polite but the actual cleaning was not the deep clean we paid for and the customer service by the company is lacking. We paid a total of $220 for deep cleaning service for a tiny 650 sqft studio apartment.
After only a short while in the unit our guest complained of missed spots in various places in the bathroom, kitchen, and shower.
Even after sending them pictures they denied even a partial refund. Only offered a 10% discount on the next service which is already expensive and in the very end at most offered an hour for cleaners to come clean the spots they missed. We were not comfortable with giving them another try. We were planning on having them come out every month but no longer plan on doing that after this intro cleaning. Thank you.
Tldr; Polite cleaners, cleaning needs work, attention to detail and value is not up to par.
