- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum is $99 and it goes up from there gradually to $699 for the full 8ft x 12ft trailer which is around 6 pickup trucks. Onsite Quotes are free with no obligation. We don't charge to come out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Message us, get on the schedule, and we give you a firm price at your door. Labor, loading, and disposal included. Say yes and we do it on the spot. Say no and we leave, no charge for the visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of this trade is learned by doing it, but the part that took real study was disposal — knowing where every material legally goes. Mattresses route through California's statewide recycling program, fridges and AC units to a certified recycler for refrigerant recovery (which is why freon costs you nothing extra), tires to a permitted disposal site, metal to scrap, green waste to a green-waste facility. 777 Junk Removal is a registered California LLC and a DOT-registered carrier, USDOT 4897909. The rest is practice: safe lifting and getting heavy things through tight spaces without touching a wall.
