- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing. Each device is different and has different costs of parts & labor, but I do offer fair pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the customer what exactly they need help with, what they use the device for, and start a general troubleshooting process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal IT education, but have been working in the IT industry for over 10 years.
