Arlene not only asked me all the right questions, but also tuned into all of Odin's subtle yet critical (signals) body language. With this, she successfully assisted and aided his every need. Odin is not just my senior canine, but he also has special needs that require 24hr. care and observation. Arlene's compassion and patience not only put all the animals at ease in my home but her professional demeanor was also reflected through the relationships that she established in my home with my fur babies. Arlene quickly established a connection with my dog and assisted him with all of his needs (getting up, re-adjusting,and going potty) as well as administered all of his meds., not to mention cared for my cats as well.
