- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on your investigative needs and time requirements. We do not sell you on services you do not need. Many investigators charge for every single item (a copy of a picture, video or a report. We provide a specific price and work within your provided budget, any additional cost are reviewed with you before actions are taken. NO SURPRISES
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review customer's needs and work closely with them to develop a plan that will help achieve their investigative goals at a reasonable price. We never try to sell you on a service that you do not need. We gather all information needed to perform the best investigation possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our management team together has over 25 years of investigative experience. We only hire investigators that have extensive experience or are license private investigators.
