The crew arrived first thing in the morning and were professional and kind. They successfully removed the tree and the stump from our yard very quickly.

A truly wonderful experience with a professional and responsive tree services company.
I contacted Sainz on Thumbtack on behalf of my mother who lives in Lomita. I received a response on Thumbtack within hours, and after sending them photos, they offered to come out the same day just in case (it was a big, whole backyard job) and they didn't want to misquote us, + extra points!
They were here within hours, I believe it was the owner, Sainz Medina, and they spoke with my mother and toured the back yard. They settled on a price then and there, with an agreement to be by today at 8:00 AM to begin the work. (today being the next day after the quote)
They were 10 minutes early, extremely punctual! They were friendly, attentive and thorough! They went over what my mother wanted again with her, so also patience! Then they got to work!
They were in overdrive, hard workers, big truck that turned those tree branches in to dust. It was fun to watch!
By the end of it all my mother got exactly what she wanted, and their cleanup effort left nothing behind for us to attend to. They even used a grabber tool to get the branches that fell in the yard behind us (there was a big dog or they would have hopped over and done it themselves).
All in all, one of the most POSITIVE experiences we have had with tree trimmers at this home, I would recommend them over and over and over again.
