FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of the project, since a short social clip is priced differently than a full brand video or event coverage. I'm currently offering a discounted rate for new clients as I build out my commercial portfolio, so it's worth asking what that looks like for your project. I'll always walk you through pricing before we book anything, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation about what you're trying to accomplish, whether that's social growth, a website, an ad campaign, or event coverage, so the video serves your purpose. From there I put together a shoot plan, we schedule a time that works for you, and I handle all filming and editing from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a videographer since 2015. I started by running social media and content production for a multiple small businesses, then moved into freelance work, shooting for a wide range of brands and clients. Alongside hands-on experience, I have training across multiple editing programs and camera/production equipment.
