From the initial consultation with Shawn to the final inspection, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They were polite and professional; they honored our request to wear shoe booties while walking around our home. They explained every step of the process and were communicative from beginning to end. Shawn's team arrived on time and worked quick to get our power installed. The work was completed on time with a clean installation and clean-up. From the time I signed the contract, it was a hands-off project; they took care of scheduling the meter spot check, to permit pulling and the final inspection. I highly recommend WCC for anyone needing electrical upgrades or EV charger installations. Expect quality service from a professional team. He eliminated a 3 pole switch system that simply did not make sense in any home. (It turned off the entire wall, and some of another for no reason). He worked quickly, quietly, and skillfully. He never needed to revisit any location he worked. He brought the needed parts without needing to visit a store. I would be excited and thrilled to work with Carlos again."See more
