Richard is easy to work with and very thorough with his work. I needed as simple as a persons full name so I could properly aquire a restraining order. He made sure he got me the right person. Showed me pictures of the person as a kid, as a teen, as an adult, with his family. Meanwhile, I couldnt even find the person on facebook. I owe a great deal of my familys safety to Richard. Without him I wouldnt be able to get the restraining order. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in need.
