I submitted my leaking water heater issue to multiple pros on Thumbtack, and Joe was one of the first to respond- fast, clear, and with the most reasonable pricing I received.
He even came out that same night to help. He was originally prepared to drain and remove the old water heater, but once I realized that shutting off the water would leave my unit without water for the night and early morning, I asked him not to proceed. Joe was completely understanding, didn’t make a fuss about the change of plans, and instead used the visit to take measurements and make sure everything was set for the next day.
He returned the following day and replaced the entire water heater quickly and professionally. Throughout the whole process, he was responsive, pleasant, and honest about pricing which I really appreciated during a stressful situation.
I’m very happy with the work and would absolutely call Joe again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

We have upfront and flat rate pricing for most jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I want to get to know the customer and understand the home and their plumbing system. I want to show them we want to be the only plumber they call from this point on.

I have over 10 years of on the job plumbing experience.
I have a C-36 California State plumbing contractor license.
I have ran multiple huge corporation plumbing companies in California and now I know exactly how I would like to run my company.
