Charlene from SGBI events, did an amazing job. My husband and I hired her last min to manage our wedding. Even after our first phone call, I was confident that not only would she get my vision but she would be able to execute it all flawlessly, which she did. On the day of my wedding, I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew if something went wrong, she could handle it all. When I showed up to my venue ( ceremony was in a diff location) it was stunning. I received multiple comments about Charlene and how professional and wonderful she was to work with. Charlene was wonderful. She's an easy person to like and listened carefully to our specific needs and vision. She handled a low-budget, fairly non-traditional and cross-cultural wedding with many moving parts and tight time constraints smoothly and gracefully. Charlene has a good ability to balance the big picture and the very detailed, both of which we really needed! She took communications with vendors off our hands as the event neared and handled interactions with them successfully (and was firm when needed), even those that were less than responsive.
