I was changing out a shower faucet cartridge in our 1978 home due to difficulty opening, adjusting, and closing the faucet. I used a cartridge puller but being that the house is old with minimal upkeep, the cartridge broke inside the pipe. I ran out of options despite using a tap and drill to remove the cartridge sleeve. I contacted A&Z and within minutes received a response. Val came out a couple of hours later and saved the day! By the way, it was a Sunday afternoon and holiday weekend. Much appreciated my friends.

Our sink was leaking with a broken garbage disposal. He was in contact all day with up dates about when he could arrive. Although he ended up at our house 830 the work was finished fast and professionally. Anyone wiling to make that kind of sacrifice as a work day goes definitely gets my appreciation.

I had a sudden deluge of water under my kitchen sink. I contacted A&Z and Vali responded quickly to my request and came to my home early the next morning.
