- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, fair pricing with no hidden fees. Pricing depends on the size of the home, condition, and type of cleaning requested (standard, deep clean, or move in/move out). We currently offer 20% off first cleans for new customers, and discounted rates may be available for recurring services. Our goal is to provide high quality cleaning that feels worth every dollar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep the process simple and stress free. Once you reach out, we’ll ask a few questions about your home and the type of cleaning you’re looking for. From there, we provide a customized quote, schedule a convenient time, and match you with a thoroughly vetted cleaner. We stay communicative throughout the process and always appreciate honest feedback after the clean so we can continue improving our standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners come with hands on residential cleaning experience and are carefully vetted before joining Friday Cleaning. We focus heavily on attention to detail, professionalism, consistency, and respectful customer service. We also provide onboarding guidance to ensure cleaners understand our expectations and quality standards before taking jobs.
