I had a great experience with this company. The plumber arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it right away. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, and he took the time to explain the issue and the repair in a way that was easy to understand. Great find on Thumbtack. I had a couple leaky shutoff valves under my kitchen sink and no hot water coming out of my faucet. Will from Star Plumbing came out on short notice after I text him for availability. He took a look at the issues, fixed the issues, didn’t upsell me on work he didn’t think was needed, and was easy to talk to the whole time. He also looked at some other plumbing things in my home and took time to go over the work needed and how much it might cost. Great service and highly recommended.
