I decided to move forward with Joel’s construction. I really value not feeling rushed or pressured, and Joel picked up on that right away. We met twice before I committed to the project, and as someone who pays close attention to details, I truly appreciated his patience as I walked through all of my options and took time to weigh them. He focused on what Joel’s construction could offer and whether it was the right fit for my needs.
Once I decided to move forward, Joel acted quickly to order materials and provided multiple installation date options to accommodate my busy schedule.
I also want to commend the efficiency in his responsiveness for his clear and prompt communication throughout the process. Being able to communicate by text during the workday was especially helpful for me while working in an office.
