FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing straightforward and transparent. Depending on the project, we offer either flat-rate pricing or hourly rates—whichever makes the most sense for the scope of work. For smaller or uncertain projects, we typically recommend hourly pricing so customers only pay for the actual time needed—no surprises. Larger or well-defined jobs are quoted upfront with clear inclusions. We don’t believe in hidden fees. Any additional work or changes are always discussed and approved before moving forward. We also offer discounts for repeat customers and bundled services. Our goal is to deliver high-quality work at a fair, honest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things simple and efficient: Initial Contact – You reach out with details about your project. Assessment – We may ask a few follow-up questions or request photos to better understand the scope. Estimate – We provide a clear quote or hourly recommendation based on the job. Scheduling – Once approved, we schedule a time that works best for you. Service Day – We show up on time, communicate clearly, and complete the work professionally. Final Walkthrough – We make sure everything meets your expectations before wrapping up. Our focus is on clear communication, reliability, and quality workmanship from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
