Jessica answered my request to do a deep clean the night before and she showed up on time the next morning. She is polite and prepared and did an amazing job! She really pays attention to details and I am definitely going to be using her regularly from now on. I would recommend her to anyone that asks.

I am extremely disappointed with JO Cleaning Service. We booked their service well in advance for a crucial cleaning before our Mother’s Day gathering, and even confirmed multiple times to avoid any mishaps. Shockingly, they canceled just hours before the scheduled appointment, leaving us in a total bind and unable to find another service in time. This last-minute cancellation caused significant inconvenience and turned our preparation for a special event into a stressful nightmare. Their lack of reliability is inexcusable, and we won’t be using their service again.
