We have experience in standard, deep, move in/ out cleaning, corporate rentals, and air bnbs. We have experience in getting your move out rent ready. We are vendors for realtors and property owners/managers with exclusive cleaning all over San Diego County. If necessary we can provide references. We specialize and successfully gotten clients their deposits back. We are your one stop shop. We also provide carpet cleaning, among other needs like exterior window washing, and installation of televisions, and sound systems through our sister companies. The only things we do not do are damages and painting. We start with the ceiling and work our way to the floor cleaning. Upon completion you will find all finger prints and evidence of you living there and are removed and ready for the next tenant or guest. Upon arriving we do a walk through and discuss your particular job and needs. Our cleaning teams follow our checklist to ensure a quality job is done. Unlike other cleaning companies we are flexible with our time. We will stay that extra 15-20 minutes to finish the job at no extra cost. We charge by the hour not 15 minute intervals.
