- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

From there, I review measurements, wood type, design ideas, and timeline to provide a quote. Once approved, I begin the carving/painting/wood finishing process, sharing progress updates when needed. I bring over 27 years of specialized experience in fine wood finishing, refinishing, and decorative finishing techniques. My training comes from hands-on work with high-end furniture and luxury finishing companies, where I developed advanced expertise in French polish, high-gloss finishes, traditional finishes, custom stain matching, specialty coatings, decorative paint finishes, and bespoke finishing solutions. My background is focused exclusively on finishing—not carpentry—allowing me to deliver expert-level craftsmanship and detail across all types of wood and furniture finishing projects.
