John is a great guy and he got my computer back up and running! He diagnosed the issue and it turned out I was still under warranty- he jumped through all the hoops with Dell, even getting the ownership transferred to me (I bought it used about 2 years ago), kept me updated at every turn and delivered a perfectly fixed machine at a great price.
