In the past I have tried to work with cleaners who do not show up when scheduled or not at all with no explanation. Leticia was so understanding about my having to change an appointment, she was on time and really seems to be interested in what my priorities were. The house was clean and I thought the price was better than some I had seen.

P&L services does a great job, has lots of flexibility with scheduling, and were very kind and accommodating. The team did a great job on my messy, crusty house, and as a mom of 3 (with four pets), I was totally unable to keep up. As soon as I came home and saw my sparkling house I knew I couldn’t live without their help! My dad had gotten a deep cleaning from another company and it was significantly higher priced, and they weren’t able to clean all of it. P&L was able to come do a follow up cleaning, including extra time finishing what the other company said they couldn’t do. He is signing up for their monthly services and I am too!

P&L services did a great job for a move out clean on a 2 bedroom house. Leticia was extremely responsive throughout. She outlined all expectations upfront and made it clear where extra costs might arise. The house took a little bit longer to clean than expected so there was an extra charge for 2 more hours of work. This was reasonable based on the level of cleaning required. The quality of the cleaning was excellent. I couldn't fault it. I'll be recommending P&L services to anyone that needs professional cleaning services!
