I hired Carla and her team for a much needed deep clean of our house and they did a wonderful job - they went above and beyond including doing additional cleaning of items and areas beyond what the deep clean service covers. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First cleaning will be a deep cleaning, so the first session will be higher, just to cover the level of detail. Cleanings after that will be a lower rate, and scheduling will be determined individually.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to start with a deep cleaning, where I clean the space from top to bottom. From there, I usually recommend moving to weekly or biweekly maintenance cleaning, depending on the needs of the space and client.
