was a sporadic weight lifter for most of my 20s, then took a 15 year hiatus.I returned to weightlifting during workibf-from-home with Covid, except this time I had 3 small children, (and less schedule flexibility to train), was 30 pounds heavier and had persistent back issues.Chris designed a program for me that fit my schedule and has helped educate me about modern weightlifting theory, as I only knew bro weightlifting science from the 90sAfter 3 months my lifts a bigger than I thought possible and I have no back pain. After 6 months my resting heart rate has decreased and my doctor will soon decrease my blood pressure medicine.Oct 13, 2020Review from Google

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer free consultations so people can see if I'm the right fit for them, plus services starting at $100.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I ask clients to complete an intake so that we can create meaningful goals based on your values and experiences. Custom exercise and nutrition programs are then generated with lots of room for personal preference. I don't ask for body measurements as I believe we can make excellent progress without focusing on numbers at the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a pn1 certified nutritionist.
