- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the least expensive, but we are defenitely not the most expensive. What we offer is value. The prices we offer are set depending on property size, number of floors, attic access, among other things. They are flexible and start at 250.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made I interview the customer to see what are their requirements and expectations. I explain the serices we offer and what is included on each. We agree on a price, date, and time for inspection. Inspection is performed, usually with the customer, agent,or home owner present. Any questions are answered. Report is generated within 24 hours. 4 hours if a rush job
