- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discuss the particulars of my clients needs first, so we both understand what they want, then we talk about their budget for the project. Usually their budget is right on par, but if it's not realistic, I'll have to let them know what they can expect from the market, and we negotiate to a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold subscriptions with the top educational resource companies to keep up with all the latest updates on the technology I use.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Necessity. In High School my church youth group needed a website, and being a computer kid, I stepped up and taught myself how to build one. I've been doing it ever since.
