We offer clear and upfront pricing with no hidden fees. The total cost will be confirmed before we begin. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions and discounts for referrals or repeat bookings, so feel free to ask about current deals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep our process simple, transparent, and convenient: Initial Contact: You tell us the issue you're experiencing with your appliance. Assessment: We ask a few follow-up questions to better understand the problem, the brand, and the symptoms. Technician Visit & Diagnosis: Our technician arrives prepared with commonly needed parts and performs a full diagnosis in your home. Before any work is done, we explain what needs to be repaired and provide a detailed estimate. Estimate Approval & Deposit: Once you approve the estimate, we take a 50% deposit to secure the repair. On-the-Spot Repairs (When Possible): In over 85% of cases, we have the necessary parts in stock and can complete the repair immediately. Ordering Parts (If Needed): If a special part is required, we order it right away. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Final Repair Appointment: As soon as the part arrives, we contact you to schedule the final visit to complete the repair. Our goal is to make the entire experience smooth, fast, and stress-free—keeping you informed every step of the way.
