Stephen was excellent and honest. He really tried to figure out what was wrong with our leaky washer by asking questions. Unfortunately we just have to replace our appliance. I appreciate his honesty. We will definitely be using Wizard again of needed.

Although we were not able to use Stephen's service, his work ethic & honesty were unmatched. I called for what I thought would be a simple repair on our washing machine. After diagnosing the machine, to my surprise, he informed me it was the drum, useless to repair, and told me we should just purchase a new one. It was the honesty for me. He could have moved, causing our family to pay unnecessary fees, eventually ending up at the same place. I will always appreciate his honesty and will hire him whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Stephen did an excellent job in finding out what my dryer problem was. He arrived on time, found the problem and the price was reasonable. He also followed up with me to let me know when the parts would arrive for the repair. After the repair he even cleaned all the lint that had built up over the years. He is a very polite young man and I would hire him again.
