Introduction: Because of my experience with Yoga, I am able to work with clients with all sorts of mental and physical needs. Yoga isn't just about a stronger body, flexibility and peace of mind... it's about working with each individual's needs and honoring their specific journey. There is nothing generic about yoga, and when you approach yoga only in a group setting, you are missing out on the concentrated, therapeutic benefits needed for your individual self to thrive! I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years. I have studied and practiced all different forms of yoga, while finally deciding to receive my professional training through Mukti School of Yoga. Mukti's style is safe, compassionate, playful, approachable, and nurturing and empowers me to teach vinyasa flow, power yoga, anatomy and alignment, therapeutics, prenatal, yin relaxation, and meditation. I have been teaching clients the benefits of yoga in the South Bay of Los Angeles for over 5 years and currently hold a Yoga Alliance 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher Certification. If you are a beginner, I am certain you will feel the benefits of yoga instantly... better posture, deeper breaths, peace of mind, stronger body, more connected sense of self... If you have been practicing for a while in group settings, I am certain you will find much more specific information about alignment for your body and get nurturing attention towards conquering some of your mental conditioning or challenging poses. ~namaste~ ;)

I love Linda's classes! They are the perfect combination breath, physical challenges, heart opening, and meditation. I always leave class feeling balanced. Linda's alignment cues are clear and concise and the micro-adjustments deepen my practice with every single class. Her calming voice is fantastic, and she's by far one of my favorite teachers.

I’m so grateful for Linda Baffa’s morning classes at Yoga Vista…It’s so great to be able to have a beautiful yoga class with her to begin the day. Linda always carries with her a positive, peaceful and comforting energy the entire time in class! For me, the result is a lifted, happy and calm spirit each time.     I do what I do because I have experienced first hand the benefits of yoga and feel compelled to share them with everyone! If we all did yoga & meditation, there would be less hate, anger, stress, fighting, frustration and overall misery. I want everyone in the world to feel peaceful, blissful, content, joyful, free from suffering, and connected to their own unique, beautiful, honest truth.   • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    My advice is that students of yoga have an open mind and are ready to begin a personal transformation... At the same time, my advice is that you are prepared to sacrifice some of your ego mind, the things you think define you, past regrets and future expectations. Be prepared to change your life to become more connected to the person you are meant to be!!!
