- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer affordable pricing depending on the nature of the project. It could be a fixed rate or an hourly rate. *Bookkeeping: Monthly starting at $250* or $55/hour *Payroll: Monthly Starting $199 for up to 10 employees* *Tax Preparation: Individual: starting at $120 - Business: starting at $350
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you enroll, follow our directions to get to work ASAP. The first step in onboarding is to book a call for an introductory phone call. We love the opportunity to chat with our new clients to serve them well. In the second step, we schedule another zoom call to discover the issue before sending out the client's quotes. In the final stage, the client signs the Engagement letter when they accept the quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified Intuit QuickBooks ProAdvisor & Gusto Payroll People Advisor. Especially, We have successfully met the established criteria and are rewarded 60 hours of self-study Qualificatiing Education instruction comprised of 45 hours in Federal Tax Law and 15 hours in California State income Tax Preparation. Many of our team members are CPAs, legal professionals, and Certified Pro-Advisors. You can rest assured that you are working with the highest quality professionals.
