Adam took my $79 for a service charge after attempting to charge us $420 to replace a single bolt on an oven door handle assembly. A new oven costs $599. Also, Adam wanted me to write the personal check made out to him, not Wiz Appliance. According to Adam, he is a third-party contractor and not an employee of Wiz Appliance. This company is deceitful and I would strongly suggest that you choose another company.
UPDATE: Wiz Appliance no longer has a valid state license to operate. Please do not use these crooks! I have still not received a refund!
