- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PRICING, PAYMENT & TIPPING POLICY 1. I do NOT currently require a deposit/retainer fee. 2. 2 hour minimum, 6 hour maximum. This includes: Bartender, menu and shopping list help, Plastic cups, garnishes, bartending equipment, backbar table, portable sink, cleaning tools, and additional items I need to run the bar area efficiently. 3. *No Tip Jar* has an automatic additional fee on top of hourly. This is non-negotiable. 4. Bay Area: Any events in cities that are considered Bay Area have a $400 minimum which entitles you to 5 hours of service. 5. IMPORTANT: A $15 fee will be added to any credit card, or electronic payment for services. (This is not applied to electronic Tipping.) - Payment is due on the day of the event after services have been rendered. No exceptions. - Cash and major credit cards accepted using Square. - Cash Apps such as Venmo & Apple Pay may also be used. Please ask in advance. $15 surcharge. - Checks are accepted but will be deposited immediately using a mobile banking app. 6. Bar rental is an additional $50. 7. Special requests such as premium garnishes, cocktail decorations or specific cups/serving-ware may have additional costs, and I will give you receipts for a reimbursement. 8. An area no smaller than 8’x8’ must be provided for bar and other things such as tables and water station. 9. Music Speakers, Fog Machines, and Laser Lights must be at least 15 Feet from the bar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please note ABS does not provide any alcohol, nor am I a cash bar. I do not have a liquor license. Once I have more information on the type of event, guest size, and location, we will work together to discuss the bar menu. I will provide a list what needs to be purchased to make the drinks you'd like to serve. I will be available via *****, **** or ***** to answer any concerns you might have. As the date of your event draws closer, I'll be in contact again to go over last minute details and confirm the menu.
