Brandon was very professional. Was able to come out same day. He fixed my issue and was great at explaining everything going on. Reasonably priced and was not pushy about getting other things fixed. I was having an issue where my AC was not blowing any air at all. Called SpeediAir (Brandon) on a Thursday morning and he was able to send someone out in a couple hours to diagnose the issue. My AC needed a couple parts that needed to be ordered/picked up, so the complete repair couldn't be done on Thursday. The tech was able to temporarily get the AC going but needed to come out the following day (Friday) to do the actual/official repair. A couple days after the repair was completed, it was noticed that the AC wasn't honoring the downstairs thermostat temperatures. I called Brandon that Monday and he said he would be able to go out and take a look within an hour or two. He listened to me when I was explaining the problem and repeated it back to me, went out and diagnosed the issue (mis-wired one wire on a controller board), and admitted that he missed this the first time around. Definitely appreciated his attentiveness to customer service and his honesty/ownership of why he had to come out a second time. I also believe his pricing is fair/in line with the type of work that was done. I would not hesitate to call SpeediAir for HVAC service in the future. Thanks Brandon!
