Kelly C. says, "Clear Efficiency was in touch with me immediately and arrived same day. The front office was super nice and responsive. Unfortunately, the job needs to be done by a plumber. The technician sent out, Jeremy, took pictures in the attic, and explained the situation with my pipes in a way that I could understand. He did not try and sell me something I didn’t need. He was the nicest person I’ve ever had come to my home to do potential work."See more

Hawk Heating & Air Conditioning

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mr Phillip, the Owner of "The Hawk Heating and Air conditioning". What a fantastic Guy and even marvellous service provider. Absolute professional demeanor, yet so friendly and courteous in approach, also imparted wealth of knowledge in HVAC functioning. He was able to figure out the problem with my HVAC control board and provide appropriate resolution. Also very respectful, honest and diligent in work ethics. I would absolute recommend him for HVAC issues. Thanks Phillip, because of your relentless effort and cooperation, our household has got the cold air back that we lost over the summer and made a great difference. Looking forward for futuristic cooperation too.

By far better prices on installs and repairs with the same quality workmanship. Almost 1/2 the price of the larger HVAC companies out there without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend.

Walter was professional, detailed, and very knowledgeable about my HVAC. He did a great job for a very reasonable price. I would recommend his services and will be using him again in the future. Thanks again!

Our heating system was not working and luckily I found HVAC HOLIDAY REPAIRS through here. Walter was really nice and communicative. When he came out he looked over everything and was super informative. He ended up fixing our issue with our HVAC system to make sure the air and heating was working again, and properly! We even decided to have a Nest Thermostat installed during the appt and even though it was a new version and neither of us were familiar with, he figured it out! My husband and I were really impressed with level of work and with how friendly he was. Some people just want to get in and get out with minimal conversation (I literally had a rep like that recently). Instead, Walter was nice AND timely! That’s the best of two worlds. We hope we don’t need something else repaired with the HVAC, but if we do, we will absolutely be contacting Walter. Thank you!!!

I left Walter a message and he contacted me back right away. I had another HVAC company come last week and they overcharged me. With in a few days the system stopped working. They came back and said I need a whole new system. I called Walter for a 2nd opinion and he came right away to take a look. Walter let me know the system was fixable. He found the issues that the other company overlooked and realized I just needed some repairs and not a whole new 12k system. Walter was a life saver. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He finds solutions to problems and gets it fixed. I will never call another HVAC company. HVAC holiday repairs is the only company I will use going forward. He kept me informed step by step, sent me pics for me to see everything he was doing. It’s so hard to find an honest AC Guy, I’m thankful to have found Walter.
A+ honesty
A+ work performance
A+ personality

Thank you Walter! No more sweating inside! It’s super cool.

Patrick did an excellent job at diagnosing and give us consultation for our HVAC system. He told us to replace our filters asap first to see if the damp spell disappears. After that we can do deep cleaning in a few months.
We like his honesty and work ethic.

Jairo was very responsive when I contacted him. He dropped by the next day to take a look at the problem and explained thoroughly on what my options were. I had him install an insulated air duct and a vent so that the steam can vent outside the attic. Nice job. Highly recommend him for anything related to HVAC and air ducts!

I am a long-distance landlord, and got a call that the AC was blowing warm air. It was during a heat wave, so I called many places looking for someone to come out the same day. Walter got back to me right away, and headed over to the house. He kept me and the tenants in the loop every step of the way from arrival to photos of the parts needing replacement.

Once he found the defective parts, he called and let me know the price to fix. He gave me a very good deal, and once he was done with his work, we closed out. I was very relieved for this seamless process from afar, and his clear communication skills is superb. He knows the mechanics of HVAC systems well and even though ours is an older model, he only replaced what was needed.

Honest, fast, and reliable.

I will be going back to Walter for any HVAC issues.

My air conditioning just happened to be on its last legs of course it acted up when I was having company from out of town . We had several Hvac companies out to give us a quotesit was stressful and confusing with most companies saying I need a new system but not looking at the old system .Brian and his crew looked at the old air conditioner and heater and gave me the option to fix or get a new system, Brian was genuine and honest and we decided to get a new system, which was promptly installed, we are very happy with our new system and the fantastic service provided by Brian and crew!

Chris stopped by at the time he said he would. He explained everything he was doing in detail and let me know everything he was doing as he was doing it.
He determined what the issue was and verified the issue with his amp/voltage meter. At this point, Chris told me he would go to his truck to retrieve replacements for my defective items just to show me that my AC would start right up with the new equipment. And it DID! He informed me that he just wanted to show me the new equipment would boot up my AC and wouldn't charge me at that point. He whipped out his price sheet and told me what the retail cost for him to install it compared to what it would cost for me to do it myself. I opted to do it myself but I took plenty of pictures of his setup. Chris said to send him pics and/or call him before I turn on the AC so he could verify my connections were correct. Chris is awesome and highly recommend him. If I have any other issues he will be my go to person for HVAC.

I've chatted on the phone a couple of times with Stephanie.
The first time was to set an appointment to have my HVAC looked at as I recently moved into this home and it seems to be underperforming.
Stephanie was great not only with her information but a personality on the phone was just above and beyond what I typically used to.

Unfortunately I have other expenses to deal with given a new home not to mention a new car but the point is that I did have to cancel all of the estimates and other technicians from all the companies that we're going to come out.
Only one business bother to take the time to circle back with me to see if there were other things that I could possibly have done that could help keep my house cool as a temporary stopgap until such time as I could afford a replacement system.
That business was Bonney, and that person was Stephanie.
And once again Stephanie took the time to walk through all the options with me and even was able to build a more personal relationship by the way she managed the conversation.
In all honesty, that alone would drive my business to Bonney because I felt as though I not only was being heard but I was also being cared about.
She told me that she enjoys her job she loves talking to people getting to know people, and that helping people, more than anything else, is her greatest motivation.
The fact that by just a couple conversations she's already won a future customer makes whatever she's being paid more than worth it and probably deserves more than she's getting paid.
Having lead customer service teams in the past someone like this is worth their weight in gold and the biggest mistake they often make is promoting or to position which is no longer dealing with customers. I would instead ensure that they were doing what they enjoy but also helping new employees become just as valuable.
I'm rambling now, but I just wanted to give Stephanie a gigantic thumbtack shout out!
