My husband and I felt we needed to diversify our culinary knowledge so we called on Chef Yves. The classes were great (we took 3 classes).
Lessons were very informative, creative, and hands on, all in a friendly ambiance. Chef Yves showed us different ways to cook more efficiently.
We also learned nice plate setting decoration ideas. Chef Yves' experience from many countries in Europe is definitely a plus and a huge benefit in the overall experience. We asked many questions about regional culinary traditions. I recommend
