This was the best work and customer service I’ve ever received from any home service company. If I could’ve put Responsiveness and Punctuality on top of the other reasons why I recommend this company I would, but it only let me choose three. My plumber identified a much bigger problem and where the leak was coming from. He upgraded the quality of the copper pipes used to build a new front yard water tree and insulated it. He stayed till the work was done right and never cut corners, and did the job correctly and stronger than the original water tree that existed. I will only use Drain Time Inc. from here on out.

So thankful they were able to come in a whim. I had lots of anxiety about the leak from 2nd floor to 1st. The tech was super kind and super knowledgeable. He found the problem and helped us realize we could possibly use our home warranty to fix it. So grateful for them! Thanks again !

We have flat rate service fee of $79 but that will be applied as a credit to the cost if any repairs done.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. We are here for all customers with plumbing drain and sewer issues. For new customers we have $100 off any repair of $500 or more. And all seniors, military and 1st responders up to 15% off any services.
