Ajat did complete remodeling of my 3 bathrooms. He is very professional and committed to work. Good personality and easy to work. He did a good job upgrading my all three bathrooms to my satisfaction!!! I definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

It was a great overall experience, from figuring out the scope of work to be completed with a basement finishing and hard wood flooring on the main level to the end result. The attention to detail and the reasonable cost made the entire experience pleasant and stress free.

Ajet has completed numerous projects in my home since 2021. Every project he has done has been done with care and the workmanship has been nothing short of awesome. He installed laminate flooring in my entire house (upstairs and downstairs), he replaced the threads on my stairs and stained them as well as installed new railings, he installed faux blinds to every window and did some painting. All the work performed still looks amazing and I miss having him here to work on other projects. I certainly recommend him to anyone who has any projects that needs to be done. He is able to do pretty much everything. Anyone who uses his services will not be disappointed. He really cares about the quality of his work and he sticks to the timeline he sets for finishing projects. Additionally, he has an awesome personality, both he and his wife. They are good and honest people. Give him a chance and you won't be disappointed.

    We don't mind a little negotiation!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Provide an in person estimate Review work described in Thumbtack versus needs identified during estimate, assess if given quote is sufficient or needs to be adjusted, follow up with the inquiry, provide an estimate cost and await acceptance. If accepted, start date and payment plan discussed further. Standard payment plan: 30% upon booking the start date, 30% halfway, 40% last day of work.
