I was helping my sister move and was able to find a cleaner that could come on a Friday evening. They were flexible and communicated every step of the way. They stayed late and closed up the empty CLEAN house for us. The landlords came early the next morning and were happy with the state of the house.

They did a great job, but according to the house cleaner, I paid twice. There was a severe language barrier. The persin said I could pay by Venmo, which I immediately did by scanning in her account. Then she texted me 15 minutes later saying she was paid already (evidently from my previous card on file). I dont think it was intentional, but she and I are currently texting. She said get my refund frim Venmo, but thats impossible because they transmitted my miney to her. I asked her to just Venmo the miney back to me. Im still waiting for a response. Please help

Fen came on time and did a great job cleaning up my mother in law’s apartment. She was very respectful and did what I needed to be done. It took her only 4 hours to clean the entire two bedroom apartment.
