My experience has been amazing! I started my fitness journey to better myself and to keep myself occupied while everything closed. I was constantly distracted and lacked motivation doing home workouts, plus my former gym was always so crowded, which led me to worry about how sanitary it was. I was so happy this gym was open. It’s a 24/7 private gym, that’s very clean with high quality machines. My trainer Ausaru, is so professional and knowledgeable- he’s very eager to educate when I have questions, he keeps me on track without being rude, he isn’t on his phone like other trainers i’ve seen and he pushes me past my limits. He created a full package for me; a nutritional meal plan and a customized workout for each day we train, which rotates so I don’t get bored and so my muscles don’t get used to the workouts. My goal was to lose that extra quarantine snacking weight and create gains in 3 areas of my body. 2 months in, my results are already incredible! I didn’t think I could lift heavy weights, but that’s where the gains come from! He started me low and now i’m lifting 5x the weight I started. I’ve lost weight, I have more energy, my clothes fit AND look better on and I have a newfound happiness/confidence in myself. When you commit & invest in your health, you’re actually investing in your mental health, your emotional health and nutritional health. Couldn’t have done this without Ausaru/Iron Code.
