My name is Amanda, I’m a Personal Trainer, Health and Nutrition coach with over 11 years of experience in the field. My training style is a blend of “science based” AND actual real life experience to help women get stronger and increase their quality of life , actually feel confident in their skin, join a community that uplifts and supports their goals AND help educate to help make this journey a lifelong one.
As a coach who works with and is a new mom herself, I understand how easy it can be to put off your own needs until “tomorrow”. Let me be the one to tell you how important it is to take care of YOU so you can have more energy and strength to be present for the life you’re living.

$100 non refundable deposit required for consultations that will go toward whichever package you decide on. During this time, We’ll talk about your overall goals and scheduling. If you decide to continue training we’ll go more
in depth with a plan, take measurements,
go through a movement assessment and learn about healthy nutritional habits to make this into a lifestyle.
**In person sessions are located at Reset Fitness Training Facility. Please check to see if this is in a realistic commuting range before reaching out if you plan to train in person.
Service options:
•1:1 - In person, personalized fitness program & accountability. Option to add nutrition services in addition to training.
•Semi Private Training - Small group training, 3-5 women max. Easier on the wallet & great for those who are seeking community & some friendly competition. Not as personalized as one on one, although we do modify & adjust exercises according to your current fitness level.
•Online personal training- Personalized programs or premade programs.
•Nutrition consultations & programming. Work with me to figure out a healthy nutrition system personalized to you. Not only do I work with you to create a program, we also work on the habits and behaviors that drive these choices to ensure lasting change.
