Throughout the years, I’ve set out and paid for a various personal training packages. Each trainer approached their program differently but Ryan is the first one to really put in the time and effort to get to know me and modify a program to fit my work schedule while getting me my results. I’ll definitely be keeping Ryan as my personal trainer.Dec 19, 2019
He has been very attentive to my physical limitations and has created appropriate workouts. He modifies them regularly, so it is never the same thing repeatedly. He is punctual, professional and pleasant.Nov 15, 2019
Ryan is professional and helped me reach a new physique I didn’t think was possible. He maintained good communication and dedication throughout my 4 month program. Myself being someone with medical and genetic barriers, Ryan was able to tailor a program that helped me reach my goals. I’ll always be thankful.Dec 6, 2019
