- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a modest retainer to cover the cost of my time to conduct research and prepare quotes. If I book your trip, the retainer is applied to your final payment. If I do not book your trip, I keep the retainer as compensation for my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly undergo continuous industry education that includes destinations, hotels, service providers, suppliers and technology.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of my bookings consist of complete packages and include round-trip air fare, round-trip airport transfers or rental car, accommodations, excursions, travel insurance, destination information, travel tips and tricks and more.
