FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is often through one the many wedding listing sites, work of mouth referrals, after that we either meet in person or communicate via phone or emails. If everyone is a good fit, a contract is drawn up to make sure everyone is on the same page. A retainer fee is paid at the signing. Ceremony information is given to the couple and any other assistance they might need is rendered. As the date approaches, they may begin to feel I'm a pest, but I make sure many things are in place so the day will go smoothly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I guess you could say I was drafted. My daughter and Son-in-law were on a very tight budget when they got married. Well, I took the plunge and got ordained, something I had thought about before. I handled their over the top Celtic had fasting with fire smoke and swords with very little trouble. After studying marriage ceremony traditions and rituals, I began to gift ceremonies to friends and family. As I became more adept and confident I dove into this business of marrying folks. It allows me to write and interact with people from all walks of life. I have married many couples, ordinary folks, TV news anchors, world class athletes, people from around the corner and around the world. I get to meet so many interesting people and be a special part of their big day.

I truly do cherish the rainbow that my clientele encompasses. Working with couples from around the world has expanded my horizons and helped me to grow as a minister and a person.
