- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is talk with my clients to determine their exact needs. If we decide we want to work together, we formulate a plan, whether that be a class, reoccurring private chef services, or a single event, and take it from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In catering you are not stuck in one restaurant with one set of staff. I love this because I am constantly working with other chefs and we are always trading secrets. I can't imagine a better continuing education than working with new cooks and chefs on a regular basis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I feel like it decided for me.
