I'm a private chef and also a food coach who will help you adjust your palate and lose weight if you wish to do it seamlessly. I will cater a one-time event should that be your need too! I use only the freshest local and organic fruits, vegetables, and free range or wild caught! I consider the fare to be an art form that translates to precisely what you will expect after a consultation: beautiful, healthy, and personal.
