- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of the time spent painting, as well as how many guests in need of face painting. Traveling fees may apply (.50¢ per mile) Discounts or promotions may be available at random
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new customer is having them go to my website to complete my service agreement form which they will find the link on the contact page, this will reserve there date and complete the booking process. The next step is to be in contact and communication in case location is changed or if the customer has any specific requests, I am always here to help and answer any questions they may have. To make sure to keep the client happy. My ultimate goal is to keep a smile on everyones face.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current college student studying to become an art therapist. I plan to get multiple degrees to further my education and get a doctorate in hollistic treatment. I was trained as a fscepainter for Kamen's art Shoppes, worked at legoland for a little over a year, found that I loved face painting and decided to continue with my own business.
