- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Digital content is a long-term marketing strategy. We are passionate about setting our clients apart through creating consistent, on-brand digital media that touches, inspires and creates trust with their community. We start this process by gaining a clear objective and budget from our client. This is followed by creating an Activation Plan - the role of which is to drive consumer engagement and awareness through compelling video content that is visually aligned with their brand and message points. We have a truly skilled, creative team ready to take on a campaign of any size. But, what sets us apart are the ways in which we personally connect with company owners and their brands, engage in their marketing goals, and work closely with them to develop a killer concept(s) - execute the production process - and assist in the distribution of final media to maximize effectiveness. This takes a team who truly believes in our clients and are passionate about their message - we're that team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Enjet Media CEO and Executive Producer Matt Weddle is a seasoned and educated filmmaker by trade and a San Diego surfer at heart. Having grown up in the waves of Encinitas, Matt went to film school in Santa Barbara. While attending UCSB he wrote, directed, shot and produced short films and documentaries which would earn him awards in film festivals in California and around the country. After earning his Bachelors Degree in Film Production, Matt traveled to Australia where he would continue to hone his filmmaking technique as well as his barrel riding technique. Upon returning to home town San Diego he worked on various television and feature film sets while freelancing as a producer and videographer in San Diego and LA. In 2010 Matt teamed up with Tiffany Schultz to launch Enjet Media with the common interest of creating high-quality video content that would enhance the businesses and lifestyles of San Diegans while conveying his life experiences and love for San Diego culture through the art of filmmaking. Tiffany Schultz is a San Diego native with a degree in Mass Media Production and an award-winning graphic design background. As the daughter of renowned San Diego architect Ted Schultz, Tiffanys unparalleled passion for visual composition and innovative creativity is genetically engrained. Having found her artistic stride early in high school by winning various art competitions around the county, Tiffany later learned to translate her aesthetic eye to the art of filmmaking and marketing while studying at Cal State San Marcos. Immediately after graduating college Tiffany conceptualized and co-founded Enjet Media. As Creative Director of the company, Tiffany is focused on using her gift for dynamic storytelling to enhance businesses, engage consumers, entertain audiences, enrich lives and Enjet your media. Enjet Medias In House Editor, Tom Antolini, joined the Enjet team from across the world. Relocating from Australia to Southern California, Tom rounds out the core team with creative, stylish editing and a fresh take on traditional and cutting edge projects alike. Toms adaptability and skill has allowed him to represent the style Enjet Media has become known for with ease, working closely with our lead editor and Creative Director, Tiffany Schultz. Tom graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelors Degree in Film and Television. He previously worked as Senior Editor on over 20 Short films, with several being screened in both Australia and across the world. Tom has over four years of experience working with top production companies, and even started his own company, Peel Out, at age twenty where he functioned as writer, director and editor for nearly three years.
