About
My work stands out because I glean from my studies and from my 'field experience' as a competitive endurance athlete and former physique model in order to create safe and effective programming for my clients. Many others simply apply cookie cutter routines to every client, whereas I realize every client is motivated differently and comes to me with a completely different set of circumstances. My goal is to show every client what their bodies are capable of, and to help them discover a fitness routine that is going to be sustainable for life. I believe the single most important contributing factor to fitness is consistency, and if you don't love your fitness methodology, you will not stay consistent. When clients tell me the new things they are able to do with their bodies after working with me.

Jon has a wonderful set up at his home with everything he needs to help his clients achieve their personal fitness goals. I was looking for someone to train with outside a crowded gym scenario and his set up is perfect. Jon listened carefully to what I hoped to get from personal training and he has been delivering. He pushes me to improve and is clear in his delivery and instruction. His techniques are excellent all reflecting a man enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what he is doing.

Jon is a very experienced trainer. He has managed to keep me motivated and excited about my fitness. He takes the time to explain each routine's mechanics, as well as the physiology behind it. This is very helpful when performing those routines Jon is also very meticulous when it comes to designing routines that are fun, challenging, and innovative. I have seen a great improvement on my personal fitness since I started working with Jon.

I've been working with Jon for the last 4 months on my athleticism and overall strength.
