PERSONAL TRAINING
My private fitness studio is located in a gated community in Encinitas, CA and is the perfect private setting for 1:1 workout sessions without any outside distractions or intimidations. It is equipped with free weights, machines, TRX cables, kettlebells, squat rack and more. I can also accommodate private sessions at your home gym.
NUTRITION & SUPPLEMENTATION GUIDANCE
Proper nutrition and supplementation is very important when you are embarking on a healthier lifestyle. Learn about nutrition and how to establish the optimal meal plan for a healthier lifestyle. This program includes grocery store outing to teach you how to pick the right food for you and your family and amazing healthy recipes.
