- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers don't pay fees or commissions to the real estate agents (generally speaking.) Sellers can expect to pay commissions between 3.5% and 6% depending on level of service expected. I am willing to explore fee structures other than commission such as fee for service or flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get to know you and your family. I seek to understand your current situation and what your goals are for your home buying or selling experience. Then I help you to understand the buying or selling process and the paperwork in as much detail as you want to understand it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all meet the same basic educational requirements to apply for our license, however, we don't all have the same work ethic!
